We offer an extensive range of steel cutting bandsaws and metalworking sawing machinery. From everyday single and double mitre bandsaws, horizontal bandsaws, right up to the twin column, fully automatic machines and the very latest drill and steel cutting bandsaw lines. We also have onsite facilities to craft the premium German Goldcut Bandsaw blades, saving you time and money. Consumables ordered before 3:00 PM are generally despatched same day on a Next Day carrier service to suppo­rt your production with a bespoke supply solution.

First class after-sales service

All of our steel cutting bandsaws can be demonstrated at any of our three branches and as part of our first class after-sales service, our trained engineers are on hand to provide technical advice and can rapidly respond to any issues that may arise. For more technical applications and training on the machine controls and handling is available from our trained engineers.

Manual / Gravity Downfeed

Manual, or Gravity Downfeed saws are the most basic bandsaws that we offer. Manual saw's are entirely manual, in that the bow has to be lifted and lowered by hand. Gravity Downfeed saws however utilise hydraulics to gently lower the blade, allowing you to work on other tasks while the saw completes a cut.

Fully Automatic

Our range of fully automatic saws come with multiple features to make life easier for the saw operator, as with the semi-automatic range, the bow will raise and fall automatically, but PLC feed systems will allow you to complete multiple cuts of the same length with one set-up per length of material.

CNC

The CNC range are packed with features, the bow will raise and fall automatically, but the CNC controller means you can programme multiple cuts into the system, for the feed systems to then pull your material through. Advanced CNC machines can also handle multiple different angles in a single programme too.
