Interested in sheet metal or fabrication machinery?
As the nation’s local machinery supplier, Selmach Machinery will be joining forces with its sister companies Bison and RS Machinery as the UK Machinery Group to showcase the latest machining technologies and perform live demonstrations at Mach 2016.
With over 400 square metres of stand space throughout the show, we will be unveiling four new innovations and
showcasing a selection of machines from our plasma, waterjet & laser profiling machines range along with a unique robotic bending solution and a fascinating sheet metal folding innovation.
The launch of the new Morgan Rushworth mVision, an interactive press brake that offers a completely new level of connectivity between the machine and the operator is certain to cause a stir. The mVision pressbrake boasts an innovative on-beam projection system and full hand motion controlled graphics enable operators to visualise each step of the production.
Our staff will also be on hand to demonstrate the quick and precise cutting abilities of the latest Baykal Fibre Laser Cutting System esteemed for its extremely low operating costs in sheet metal processing, over 100,000 hours diode module life and very high cutting speeds makes our Fibre Laser one of the most advanced and cost effective laser cutting system, providing the perfect solution to laser cut copper, brass, titanium and other materials that were difficult to process before. With a selection of Morgan Rushworth machines.
The Morgan Rushworth range of hyperformance high definition Plasma machines is one of the most advanced machines available with finish quality approaching that of laser machines. With X D TrueHole abilities this machine offers superior consistency. Delivering virtually dross free cutting of profiles in steel, stainless steel and aluminium sheet and plate material. It offers maximised productivity with minimised operating costs with special features that include CNC Tube cutting capabilities, high efficiency hypertherm torch, round and square hollow section rotary deck.
Other machines represented include punching and sawing automation, a unique robotic bending solution and our popular CNC pressbrakes.
Hall 4 on stands 4370, 4610 and 4712.
